This could be the perfect holiday house for an extended family or part used as a seasonal rental business and part for the owner? There are so many options to choose from.
The property is situated on approximately 930sqm at the southern end of Marine Parade with views from the balcony towards the bay and town beach and towards St Vincent Gulf on the Eastern side.
There are two driveways, one leading to the backyard with garage/shed and parking spaces for six cars or boats and one at the opposite side with additional parking space under the balcony.

The house offers three self-contained living areas, apartment one and two on the ground level and apartment 3 on level 1.
Apartments 1 and 2 have been fully renovated and updated and level one has been added four years ago. Everything is very well maintained and finished in a neutral tone, and modern style. The two ground floor apartments both offer three bedrooms, (or two bedrooms and one study each), a large open plan living, meals and kitchen area, and separate bathroom with WC. The kitchen offers an electric cooktop and oven and plenty overhead and under bench storage cabinets. A split system in each apartment provides personal comfort throughout the year. The ground floor apartments come fully furnished.
An inviting under cover entertaining area in front of the house is the ideal spot for socialising with neighbours and friends passing by whereas the veranda at the back of the house provides privacy for spending time with invited guests.
A laundry, additional WC and four storage rooms at the back of the house are for shared use between the three apartments. The garage/shed with manual roller door provides secure parking space for one car or boat.
Apartment 3 on level 1 with external stair access offers two bedrooms, one with walk-in robe, a bathroom with WC, and a large open plan living & meals area and kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooktop and space for two microwaves. A split system provides personal comfort throughout the year. The balcony covers the whole front of the apartment so that fantastic views can be enjoyed from each room.
Port Vincent is a well-known and popular holiday town on the east coast of Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, approx. 194 km from Adelaide by road.
Initially called Surveyor's Point, the town of Port Vincent was laid out by an Adelaide Solicitor in 1877. Like most of the towns on the Yorke Peninsula, Port Vincent is an old port. It was once one of the old landing spots for the ketches going up and down the peninsula. In the 1900s a jetty was built, and the port used to ship locally grown grain until 1970.
With a magnificent coastline and sheltered bay, it is an ideal location for fishing, boating, sailing, and snorkelling. The town beach is ideal for families to go swimming, walking or relaxing. The attractive and peaceful bay with a marina at the northern end provides a safe harbour for yachties and boaties.
