In the last 12 months we've painted the place, put down new carpets, polished the floor boards, put in a new hot water service, new dishwasher and 2 x new split systems. So this is a great opportunity to live in a lovely sandstone fronted cottage in a wonderful suburb, close to the city, without having to be a gazillionaire.

Three big bedrooms, separate lounge room, kitchen with attached dining room. Massive bathroom with separate bath and shower. Laundry at the back with direct access to the backyard. Brand new split systems in the lounge room and kitchen/dining.

As you'll see from the pics, it's more homey, neat and comfortable than 'luxurious', but a great place to call home. I only describe it this way because a few things are a bit 'tired' so if an older kitchen, creaky old window, crappy verandah and some questionable paving etc bother you, this place probably isn't for you. For everyone else, I'm sure you'll be more than happy.

The driveway is big enough for two cars, one in front of the other, but it's fairly narrow, so if you drive a Hummer you're going to struggle.

Big back garden - I won't lie, the garden is in need of a bit of TLC. But plenty of room to relax or entertain. There's also a small, but really lovely, park right across the road.

There's a back shed (with power) with plenty of storage space.

Close to Glen Osmond Rd public transport, a hop skip and a jump into the city, and the best Foodland in the world just up the road. It's actually a really great place to live.
