Falcon Lodge is a family owned and operated Semi-Independant Retirement Complex situated at 695 Lower North East Road Paradise, offering an old world ambience with individual one or two room units.
Each unit includes ensuite bathroom, individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning, 24 hour emergency call system, kitchenette and built in robes.
Unit prices start from a low $95,000 for a 1 room unit.
The concept is to provide a warm, inviting and homely environment for our ageing population in which they receive the security and assistance they may need.
The dining room offers a varied lunch and dinner menu, while catering for those with special dietary needs such as diabetes or cholesterol concerns.
Every week the units are cleaned and serviced with fresh linen and towels. There are two laundries on site for your own personal washing or a Laundry Valet service is available for a small extra charge.
The grounds of Falcon Lodge are beautifully maintained year round for the enjoyment of all residents. BBQ facilities are available for the residents as is the billiard room.
The library is stocked with books and videos for the residents own use as are the two tearooms.
Small bus outings are organised with trips to the beachside, up into the Adelaide Hills or even the Barossa Valley which is only an hour away.
When you purchase a unit you will be required to pay a fortnightly 'living fee' The amount is calculated at 85% of the Aged Pension plus Rent Assistance. This living fee covers all meals at Falcon Lodge, gas and electricity, water charges, maintenance of your unit, all rates and building insurance, security and emergency call system.
Apart from your living fee, your only other expenses are those of a personal nature such as telephone, hairdressing, chemists etc.
