Situated 15 kilometers west of the Ceduna Fruit Checkpoint, this expansive 1,571.83-hectare (3,884-acre approx.) property offers a distinctive blend of natural beauty and practical utility. Known as "The Beach Block" it is conveniently located just off the sealed Denial Bay Road, the land features diverse ecosystems, including swamps, 900 acres of scrub, blue bush, salt bush, and spear grass.

A notable haven for birdwatchers, this property attracts a variety of rare bird species such as the Red Knot from North America, the Great Knot from Siberia/Russia, the Greater and Lesser Sand Plover from New Zealand, the Pacific Golden Plover from Alaska, and the Eastern Curlew from China and Russia. Additionally, it is home to the rare plant - Bead Samphire (Tecticornia Flabelliformis), adding to its ecological significance.

Currently utilized for grazing Merino sheep, the property is equipped with old fencing that, while aged, remains sufficient for livestock management. The western boundary boasts approximately 2-3 kilometers of new fencing.
