Some words from the vendors:

We bought this house due to its family friendly layout, its uniqueness, location to schools etc and the feeling of just knowing that it would make a great family home.

Being on the high side of the road we have been able to enjoy the views of the hills including a beautiful pair of wedge tail eagles that circle the hills in the late afternoon.

Although being in a suburban area we have always felt that we have had room to move and escape from the daily grind. The location is amazing being able to walk to all of the community facilities. Night time is very peaceful and the stars shine brightly in the sky due to Mount Compass sitting at a high altitude with minimal light pollution, when friends visit from the city they are amazed by the peace and the bright stars.

We have very friendly neighbours. The street has been very stable with very few people moving. Our daughter is especially sad to be leaving her 'best friend' from ne
