The occupant will be required to manage the land through stock rotation and/or slashing when required. If the occupant does not have a tractor & slasher there is also the opportunity to hire use of same from owner (private negotiation).

All parts of the property (including common areas) need to be sensibly maintained by the occupant through rotation of stock to prevent summertime fire risk whilst not overgrazing.
