Shed construction is a combination of steel and timber framing, with timber purlins and iron cladding, with plenty of windows and skylight panels to give a light interior.
The electricity supply has been replaced just a few years ago, with an underground connection and a modern meter providing single and three phase power. A heavy concrete floor and a concrete apron allow for heavy equipment and machines to be used if needed.
Behind the main shed is a smaller concrete floored open shed of about 30m2, and a concrete rainwater tank holding about 30,000 litres.
There are no water bills, as Manoora has neither mains water nor town effluent drainage.
