Do not miss it! It is an amazing home in an amazing location surrounded by other quality homes and only for sale as the Vendors are now moving to Brisbane for work purposes. What a lifestyle this home offers.

Please read the Vendors points of interest below, it is a good read.

The house and land that we purchased was originally owned by a friend that had lived here all his life and was looking for a country change. We were looking for a larger home to build due to our expanding family and loved the area due to its location and closeness to the CBD for work. We subdivided the land and built our dream family home.

Since our return to Adelaide from Sydney we had always been drawn to Magill due to friends and the feel within the community. All our older children go to private schools within the area, which they adore, and as a family we participate in the local community garden situated just over in Chapel Street. The children have close friends within the street and local area which means bike riding, hiking through Morialta, or just simply going down the road to kick the football.

The home design was to make the most out of the indoor living space without the compromise of an enjoyable outdoor area to entertain or simply soak up the sun and enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool. The home is spacious with plenty of natural light throughout, which makes it feels warm and inviting. The home offers lovely family gathering areas in the main living kitchen areas, but when the children are studying it has given us all the space as required.

We will be saddened to be moving on, but a new adventure awaits. Our home and the area have truly been a very positive enriching experience for our family. We have been so fortunate to have lovely neighbours, wonderful schools and to have the best of both worlds being so close to nature and the city.
