Currently on two sections it comprises of a total of approximately 7 hectares (approximately 18 acres) on sandy red loam on ridges to heavier clay on low areas.
Varieties are on own roots and include Shiraz 1.55 Ha, Petit Verdot 1.56Ha, Chardonnay 1.20 Ha and Cabernet Sauvignon 1.07 Ha. There is a small section of Mataro planted for the box market. You will have Water Delivery Rights of 60 Megalitres and will need to lease or buy in water allocation. There is manual watering with drip irrigation and fertigation. Gross income varies up to say $30,000 per annum (excluding expenses). Total tonnages for 2015 was approximately 100.
