VENDOR'S STORY
This has been our family home for 41 years.
Our three children were all born here and it has been the backdrop for all their childhood
memories, the place they played and hung their artwork. We have loved our home with its large entrance hall and the beautiful wisteria hanging around the tennis court. The house has grown with us.
On our arrival in 1976 we planted an extensive garden and have enjoyed many parties and three weddings, always centred around the tennis court.
There is nothing about this house that I have not ever liked.
Now we are leaving and we will miss the home immensely but it is now time for a new family to enjoy what we have enjoyed for many years.
What I do know is that we want the house in the end to nurture another family and be their home.

We highly recommend an inspection of 6 Balham Avenue Kingswood.

It truly is a glorious residence.
