Building

Built in 2005 by a local builder, this home has been very well maintained and presented by its one owner. It sits on approx. 1,346sqm with garden space all around.
A beautiful stone faade on the front, bullnose veranda and leadlight glass panels in the main entrance door provide just a glimpse of what's inside.
Upon entering you'll notice the high (9ft) ceilings, long, wide entrance hall with tiled floor. On your right, a double door opens into a spacious, carpeted formal lounge and dining room. On your left, is the master bedroom with bay window, walk-in robe and spacious ensuite, including a double size shower cubicle, vanity, and WC.
Bedrooms 2 and Bedroom 3 each of good size and with built-in robe, are located further down the corridor. They share the main bathroom and separate WC. The laundry is also quite spacious and offers several built-in storage cabinets and benchtop. An 8-door linen storage cabinet is in the corridor.
In the middle of the house is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has Tasmanian timber cabinets, a corner pantry, separate pantry along the side wall, electric cooktop, and under-bench oven. There is provision for a dishwasher connection.
Adjoining the kitchen/dining, just a couple of steps down is bedroom 4, or home office with separate access door from the garage and the side.
A double door from the living/dining room leads into the games room.
A sliding door from the dining area and from the games room leads to the paved, all-weather pergola, big enough for a Wedding party. The double garage with two automatic roller doors provides internal access to the house.
Heating and cooling is provided by two RC A/C units, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and living/dining room as well as the pergola. A solar system helps keep electricity costs down.
A shade cloth veranda on the back of the house provides protection from the sun. The garden wraps itself around the house with the shed perched at the highest point, in between tall gum trees. There is plenty of space for the keen gardener with flower beds, shrubs, berries, fruit trees, and vegetables on offer at present. The shed is paved and has power and light.
There are two rainwater tanks (5,000gallon each) plumbed to the house. Mains water is also available.
