The property comprises areas of flat to gently undulating land with some higher hills. These areas of gently sloping land with some gullies and a main seasonal watercourse running through the property.

There are attractive matured scattered gums through many areas of the property with large areas of open cropping country. Some of the rises comprise shallow country over ironstone with some loose surface stone and other areas to exposed ironstone rocks.

Most of the country is suitable for cropping is good clean country with very little or no surface stone.

The soils are principally red loam over clay with smaller areas of darker Biscay soils throughout the property.
