The balance is sheep fence being wooden posts, five plain wires with two top wires electrified.
The fence between sections 109 and 232 is not on the correct boundary. If sold in lots the fence line will be surveyed and fenced at the vendors cost with sheep and cattle fence up to a value of $5000 per km. If sold as a whole no fencing will be done by the vendor.
Fertiliser has been applied to some areas of the property. Some has had half a bag to the acre of plain super and some paddocks have has copper and zinc applied.
The pastures are mainly sub clovers, phalaris, ryegrass and annuals.

Soils are mainly black soils on the western side, Red gum soils in the central area (Red loam) with sand over clay on the eastern side of the property.
