Improvements to the property are significant. Firstly the solid brick 9' ceiling home which has had a number of building stages, (original home built in 1960). The colorbond roof over the home appears to be about 10 years old.

The kitchen is well appointed with handmade Blackwood Timber and is quite extensive with plenty of pantry area and wall mounted space, double sink, chef double wall oven, Braemar Gas cook top, and an inbuilt extractor fan (filter missing).

The 'L' shaped hallway leads to the lounge with 'Emalier' wall unit. There are three other bedrooms plus a sunroom and sleep out (which were built on later). One of the bedrooms offers eight floor-to-ceiling built-in cupboards. There are also four door wide cupboards in the hallway. The back lobby leads to the laundry, sleep out and separate toilet. A Rheem 250 litre hot water service supplies hot water to the home.

The home water is supplied from a cement lined 3000 gallon Galvanised tank, thru a 'Goulds' pressure pump. There is also a new 5000 gallon PVC tank filled from the colorbond shed and a 10,000 gallon cement tank over by Besser brick cool rooms.
Two double width garages are next to the home one 6m x 6m colorbond shed with two Roller doors (one with auto mechanism - not sure if working) concrete floor, light and power. The other shed is an older 25' x 20' double garage with concrete floor, light and power the end bay is closed off and accessed from a separate door. This area has been lined.

The huge, predominately Besser brick structure with some steel and galvanised iron additions offers a very high gable roof with overall all floor area of 30m x 31m. Approximately 40% of the area is dedicated to two controlled atmosphere cool rooms, one insulated within the solid walls with polyurethane and the other built in with the shed complex from insulated refrigeration panelling, these cool rooms are not in working order. The complex offers a driveway; in operation with a large cement pad outside for trucks, tractors and forklifts. There is also a toilet and a basic kitchen sink staff/amenity room.

Finally there is (on the northern end of the complex) a truck loading and unloading entrance at tray level and some undercover area for plant & equipment - there is an animal shelter to the east of the complex with a small paddock.
The land has essentially been cleared of all the apple trees and there is only about one hectare left in south-east corner of the land.

In the south-western corner of the land is an old pump jack bore which has not been used for many years. The bore on the property has not been used this season. The bore is situated next to the creek line - drops water into the creek and then into the collection dam, however, the dam leaks and therefore needs repairing (relining). The pump on the dam is relatively new Regent' brand pump and is driven by (coupled to) a modified and mounted diesel car motor. On top of the hill there is a 15,000 gallon cement header tank next to a small 12' x 18' shed.
