A great location. Close to every convenience of Firle, shopping, transport, schooling and only a short distance to the city centre. This quietly located property will suit many buyers.

Doors open out to the generous alfresco living area of some 8m x 3.6m, this is a exciting area for outdoor living and features the opportunity to bring Northerly sun into the home and give that wonderful feeling of extra space.

VENDOR POINTS OF INTEREST:
We worked alongside our architect to design a home for a busy family and our main focus was to capture the north facing sun to give our home a feeling of light space and clean air, while still maintaining low maintenance.
Our previous home was on acreage in the Adelaide Hills and I wanted to emulate the feeling of calm and space this offers. To do this we espaliated olive and fruit trees around the boundary fences. This offers the feeling of pleasure and calmness from every room without effort of gardening.
I could not imagine a home without a fireplace so we have a gas Heat n Glow which quickly warms our living area which has 3 metre ceilings and is 14 metres long making comfortable living in winter.
Amongst the endless choices of stone for the exterior we decided on Western Australian limestone as it is full of character and charm. The interior of our home is contemporary but soulful.
The kitchen living area has nearly 8 metres of commercial sliding doors that open onto a wonderful entertaining courtyard, which is fully covered for use all year round. At the rear if the home is a second area designed for entertaining where we had our daughter's engagement party that held 142 guests under a marquee and throughout the living area of the home. The caterer for the event said the kitchen was amazing to work in and very functional.

The 3 bedrooms to the front of the house are identical and all will accommodate a double bed with room to move. Each bedroom has a built in desk with light and shelves above for books or children's treasures and all have large built in robes.
The 4th bedroom, which is the main bedroom suite, was designed to be at the back of the house with Laura Ashley Blinds and curtains in soft colours and sliding doors opening onto the outside back garden, a true parents retreat. This room has a good sized ensuite and walk in robes.
ALL OUR LIGHT FITTINGS ARE ITALIAN AND CONTEMPORARY.
We love this area so much we are now building again a few streets away but downsizing. Each day I am able to walk to the shops for fresh goods having Italian, Asian and Indian grocery and goods around the corner. This area provides truly cosmopolitan lifestyle two doors away from the bus to the city or Magill University, no need to have a car if you live here.
