Why did you choose this home?
This was the Family home. We fell in love with the jarrah work and the shed, so we offered to buy the property and the conveniences that were attached.

Is the home easy or ideal for entertaining and why?
Our home has entertained loads of parties, gatherings, and celebrations. the versatile living areas easy to open and use for a larger party or adapt for smaller intimate gatherings.
We developed the shed to be a multi-use space in its truest form. If you're building a hot rod, in need of a rumpus/ games room for teens or want the ultimate cave to have the friends around for bathurst BBQs or run a small business the "creation cave" can do it all. But more on that later!

What do you like about the location?
5km to the beach and 7km to city, I ride my bike into town daily for work and love the freedom of not having to drive. Local shops are fantastic with one of the best fruiters, coffee shop and it's a short drive to town or the beach for food. The central location makes it perfect for tradies, or other travelling vocations. With the recent completion of the northern connector, it's literally no more than 45 mins to get anywhere from Kudla to Christie's.

What is your favourite part of the home?
The kitchen window - Peaking over and through our productive patch of OCG (Obsessive Compulsive Garden) to watch the performing gum trees of the Dampier Park Reserve sway and compete for attention with our busy bees, before mesmerising sunset back drops that nestle behind the Creation Cave, signing each day with its own unique trademark.
The Creation Cave. - This is a maker's space like few others. So many Dreams embraced, Goals met, and Cool thing made!

Anything you like or designed in the outdoor area?
The garden is easy and low maintenance with maximum benefit of edible fruit and honey from our beehive.
-The Espalier framework that supports the "Roll Up" Orchard (Real Fruit Flat out)
-The "Garden H-Art " or heart of our garden has been manicured for 10 years.

Any work you have completed on the property?
The property underwent extensive renovation in the 1990's the kitchen, Living/Dining/Lounge, 3rd bathroom and laundry where all built and the whole house original and renovation was skinned with the new bricks to bond past with present. Internally, Solid Jarrah has been utilised for Cabinetry and Joinery throughout. Timber work designed and made by A & G Quality cabinets.
Since purchasing the property we have continued to refine the property starting with interior colour change to white. The addition of Custom; Large opening ceiling access ladder in the house and to the creative cave mezzanine, zip Tap, bespoke shoe show cupboard in the master bedroom, sliding glass doors in the wardrobes in Bed 2/3, colorbond facia cover flashings, new shower screens, addition of roller shutters, LED downlighting and Black out blinds in master bedroom plus garden/Storage shed,
The fit out of the creation cave including capability for 32amp and 3phase power outlets for charging of electric vehicles custom display cabinets, Work benching soft close draws and doors. TV and entertainment system, water point and sink with capability for connection of instaboil HWS under sink, espalier support, extensive gardening. Brand new ducted air con complete replacement in 2022,

Anything you would like to mention about room sizes?
The two main bedrooms are a generous size providing parents ample room to have their own retreat. And loads of cupboards and draws.

What are your best memories?
Being able to open our house to our loved ones while enjoying quiet nights with our fur babies.
Too many to list!

What are some great features people may not notice at first glance?
The quality of the woodwork and overall quality of the fittings and fixtures, the shoe show cupboard, and the solid jarrah room dividers in the living room

other anything else you can tell us about the home?
The home itself is like no other, custom designed and built to enjoy for years to come.
and ready to live in and love now!

Make memories, make change, make it yours.
