Vendor Story
"We have loved living in this quiet cul-de-sac just right for our kids primary school years and just right for having homestay high school students from overseas. We designed our home to be big enough and very suitable for them to have their own side for studying and their own bathroom and breakfast room but where we could sit down for an evening meal together. Then we had 5 reception rooms so if we had visitors we could be private enough to leave the student studying. If they made any noise it wasn't on our side of the home.

Our upstairs entertaining pergola balcony is where we sit for parties overlooking our oval uninterrupted by any other houses. The council has just laid a brand new concrete cricket pitch on it for the family to enjoy. The view of those parklands where our kids learned to ride their bikes stretches right to the horizon you think you are out in the country or at least in a holiday home. You can even join the vegetable collective garden out there.

It is such a unique house that one of the 8 bedrooms is converted into a music room where the kids practised for many years. This helped them get music scholarships to Pembroke, a private school, a short 12 minute drive away. Our kids had their own separate area upstairs with their own bathroom too. The neighbours have always been friendly, even having Xmas breakfast get-togethers on one front lawn or another."
