The grounds are expansive, approx 12 hectares (30 acres), sloping gently toward the bay giving most guests views over safe and serene waters. A new playground is a plus as is the nearby new undercover BBQ facility. A second much larger undercover BBQ facility offers sufficient space to accommodate groups. Sealed roadways help to minimize maintenance.
An attractive feature of the grounds is the now maturing, colourful and easily maintained garden areas established, with passion, by the Vendors. There is plenty of scope for further development within the park.
Guest facilities include 6 x Executive Villas (installed late 2010 - early 2011) 6 x ensuite cabins, 1 x 3br cottage (no bathroom), 2 standard cabins (no ensuite), 100 powered sites many with water and sullage and 30 un-powered sites.
Sites are mainly grassed. There are many shady and grassed picnic areas.
The north amenities block is as good as you will see anywhere. It is only 2 years old, has very generous sized M & F facilities, a babies bathroom, laundry with ironing space, a cleaners room and a very well fitted out camp kitchen. Hot water is provided by energy efficient heat pumps. Access to plumbing is via a central service corridor. Large tanks collect rainwater. The second (south) block provides adequate support in busy times and contains a unisex bathroom for disabled persons.
The reception building occupies an elevated position overlooking the park. The building is modern and contains a large reception area, a separate office, staff bathroom, a laundry to handle the washing and drying of the parks linen, a kitchen/dining room, a utility room for storage of linen etc. and a managers bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
The owners brick veneer residence has 3 bedrooms plus study (or 4th bedroom) with an open plan kitchen/dining room and a lounge room. It is close to but separate from reception and offers a large private rear yard with good shedding and storage.
