Deposit of $10,000 (exclusive of GST) is payable within 24 hours of being advised the tender being successful.
Payments due quarterly thereafter.
The Lessee will be able to use the land for cropping and grazing (merino, dohne or british breed only)
No more than 1,033 ha (2,552 Ac) or half of the arable land, can be cropped in any one year on a rotation basis - crop one year followed next year by pasture
