A lovely eat-in country kitchen with free standing gas/ electric stove in the heritage style, belfast style sink and timber sideboard make for a fabulous place to bake and eat and share a story or two and a bathroom with separate modern laundry just off the spacious and protected back veranda.
Adjacent the pergola with its beautifully carved imported posts, there is a raised outhouse which provides a third spacious light filled bedroom with its own small balcony. Beneath this third bedroom we find the original cellar in perfect working order. This remarkable structure still serves as a dry and amazingly cool repository of your special wines and preserves. Of course the preserves are courtesy of the produce from your very own fully enclosed fruit and veggie garden. The garden area is a netted area currently protecting a substantial orchard and Veggie garden also houses the chooks and geese that help control the less desirable pests as well as do the fertilizing for you!
