Notice is hereby given that the properties listed in this Information Memorandum will be offered for sale by public auction by the District Council of Mount Remarkable exercising its powers under Section 184(6) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) for sale of land for non-payment of rates.

This is a Town Hall, there currently no bathroom facilities. This property is not ratable for SA Water.
There will be no site inspections of the properties.
Properties will be auctioned and contracted "as is" on the date of settlement.
