The vineyard is well established and serviced by a bore, however the vines are almost intentionally dry grown for enhanced fruit quality. The bore is fully equipped with a sand filter and submersible pump, and comes with 4.5 Mega litre water allocation.
Additional features include ample water storage including 135,000 litre concrete tank filled by the huge combined roof surface of all the buildings, and 3,000 gallon irrigation storage tank. The bore also services the villas. The property also has a double storage shed and a separate irrigation shed.
