The Owners are seeking a very reliable , honest TENANTS with a desire and ambition to Manage / Promote and maintain the above rnentioned Tourist Facility with a ambition of improving and promoting the very popular well respected and well known Caravan Park that is continually attracting new clientele and repeat clients wishing to relax in a environment amongst other travelling Caravan Tourists all enjoying themselves in the very pleasant natural Gumtree areas provided throughout .The Park and complimented with Solar Power and all other facilities required plus animal friendly is welcomed
The successful Tenant will enjoy the comfort of separate three bedroom Home with a quantity of shedding for private use and the fuli use of the joining approx 10 Acres of Grazingland with Barrows Beach on the Western Boundary to further promote the park by way of unlimited opportunities available . The Tenant will maintain and keep in Exec .order as at present all infrastructure, Park equip. and fittings etc. The tenant will pay a weekly rental of $300-00 and in return will collect and retain all payments as extra income generated through the Camping and Caravan Park . Anticipated the more the Tenant Promotes and enjoying the use of the Park The Tenants Home Tenancy Rental could be reduced to a very manageable amount per week.
