This cute little shack is perfectly positioned within meters to the foreshore and wharf area. Ideally suited as an affordable holiday shack by the sea or the perfect "Fishermans beach hut" where the basic necessities are all thats required as catching fish is the priority! The cottage has all the basics to make your stay comfortable like modern gas cooker, air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans. It even has two toilets with one outside in its own "Aussie Loo" room. Loads of rain water so you will never run out with 6 tanks. A separate rumpus room with concrete floor & power that just needs some tidying up and make an ideal games or rumpus room or sleep out. Old style lock up garage with concrete floor and power too. This shack is certainly liveable as it is now but would suit someone handy or who can add some love and improvements to the place. Excellent position with the KI Oyster shop right next door for a quick and tasty treat! American River is a popular holiday location with fishing in abundance!
