Sea View at Silver Sands is a beautiful new holiday home perched up high to perfectly capture the best aspect of this exceptional location. In the morning you can enjoy the early light over the washpool lagoon and hills from the rear balcony and in the afternoon you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the ocean from the front balcony.
The renowned Silver Sands beach is very close by, just a 2-minute walk, and the lagoon which attract plenty of birdlife, especially in Winter and Spring, are just over the back fence. If you enjoy nature why not stroll through the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park with resident kangaroos, echidnas and birdlife.
This is a comfortable retreat all year round – open the sliding doors on either end of the open plan living area to let the sea breezes cool you naturally, there are ceiling fans throughout the home or use the airconditioning to keep you cool. If you are visiting in the cooler months the gas fireplace and comfy couch in the main living area is a cosy place to cuddle up and enjoy a book.
