Shopping
The town centre is expected to cater for 40,000 50,000 sqm of core retail and potentially up to 50,000 sqm of bulky goods.
The new 24/7 Caltex Star Mart service station, on the corner of Yarrabilba Drive and Howe Street, is now open and a popular spot for residents to not only fill up but grab those essential convieience items too.
Additionally quick and convenient shopping is one step closer with an IGA anchored convenience centre due to open its doors by the end of 2016.
Coles will also be onsite in 2017 (subject to approvals) bringing fresh food shopping closer to home for Yarrabilba residents and surrounding neighbourhoods. The supermarket will be located on the corner of Wongawallan Drive and Waldron Street, Yarrabilba, and will be joined by other shops and commercial developments for the full shopping experience.
Additional shopping and lifestyle options are located within a 20 minute drive, including Grand Plaza shopping centre and the Logan Hyperdome shopping centre.
