There is also a weekly shopping run to the Wynnum Plaza for a small fee so you can enjoy a couple of hours shopping, but the complex is only a short walk to the Plaza.

Pets are not permitted here and all residents must be over 55 years of age to reside here, whether you're on a pension or working full or part time is accepted.

This really is a lovely complex with no maintenance outside the unit for residents, just lovely gardens to enjoy.
