Type of Country:
Gently undulating friable Belah / Brigalow soil with areas of red loam soils and sandy forest soils. Timber's consist of Large Belah, Brigalow, Wilga & small areas of Lime bush in the heavier soils with Box, Iron Bark, Wilga, Sandalwood, Cypress Pine, Bull Oak, Wattle & Mallee Box in the lighter soils. A mix of improved pastures have been introduced with Buffel & Bambatsi in the old farming country.
Fencing:
The property has been fenced into 16 main paddocks with holding paddocks, serviced by a lane way system that fronts all but 3 paddocks. Majority of fencing is in very good order consisting of plain & barb fences with some netting & barb. Cultivation:

Water:

The house bore is equipped with an electric submersible that pumps to an elevated concrete tank, then gravitated to the majority of the property. The Bybera bore is equipped with a mono pump & Yanmar motor that pump to the same concrete storage tank and also to a 5000 gal poly tank that services troughs. The Cooinda bore is equipped with a mono pump & Yanmar motor that pumps to 15000 gal poly tank storage, then gravitates to troughs on the western side of the property.
