1863 - A Plan of 86 allotments in the Town and Parish of Ipswich prepared on 29 May 1863 shows that J. Foote owned three blocks of land on Arthur Street with W. Henderson owning a block in between.
1910 _ Subdivision - A Survey of the area dated as being received on 26 May 1910 contained 3 names as can be seen below. It looks to us like: A. S. Trotman Foote, Harold. J. Foote, and P. P Outridge.
The original drive was on the left of property prior to the land being subdivided, and there was a circular drive that exited in what is now number 5 Arthur. (original bricks are still in place)
Our historic searches confirm this was a (Cribbs & Foote's) property and deliveries by horse and cart came up and around this circular drive.
