Fenced on 3 sides, there is an excellent storage area for crab pots etc tucked away along one side of the shed. The shed is large enough that when you pack up to leave, with little effort, you can store the tinny inside.

For those who love fishing and boating, a 250m (approx.) walk will put you on the esplanade that runs along the banks of Baffle Creek. Even if you aren't fishing, this is a lovely area to sit overlooking the water and reflect. There is a concrete boat ramp approx. 700m from the block and another one about 5 mins away. Take your pick :)

Bitumen roads to the front of the property, if you decided to move here, rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. The school bus is available for both primary and high school children. Rates are approx. $865 half yearly if you pay on time and get the discount.

Well known for good fishing, crabbing and prawns, Winfield is still pretty much an undiscovered area and thus quiet and peaceful. Crocodile & box jellyfish free - add a sub-tropical climate to all this and what do you have - paradise :)
