Last Listing description (April 2024)

This unit is one of the 16 in the complex that offers gorgeous water views. Only 5 kilometres to the Strand or CBD and a less then a 5 minute walk to Castletown. The unit is currently tenanted on a periodic lease agreement however the long term tenants would be agreeable to signing a future lease if that is the desire.

The unit has a new air-conditioning split system throughout and luxury carpet that was laid around 3 years ago. The back deck needs replacing however the unit has been priced to accommodate for that work.

Held onto this property for when our family returned to Townsville but we have decided to reside in Brisbane indefinitely. This is truly a regrettable sale and the only place I would want to reside if we had returned up North.

The gated community makes it a great and safe environment for young families. Please call me to discuss/ ask any questions that you may have.
