Along the rear of the home is a large covered entertaining area where you can sit an relax and enjoy the beautiful breezes that flow around the home.
There is an abundance of water on hand with 2 x 5,000 gallon concrete tanks, 2 x 8000 litre poly tanks and a windmill off a 14 mtr. well which pumps into another 8,000 litre poly tank. The home can be run solely on tank water, but may be switched to town water if required.
