LOVE HEALING
This property was run and owned by a local healer and you can tell as soon as you walk around the grounds and home that it is special.
I have sold a couple of Healers homes and although I personally am not a big believer in things supernatural I can tell you the home and grounds have a positive energy that a lot of homes do not.

This one is wonderful in its ability to help you let go. After just 5 minutes on the block I was starting to unwind and imagine what great times I my family could have here. A natural creek runs thigh the property and springs feed the main dam/pond.
The main house is a typical queenslander with cedar boards and colour-bond roof. It has an excellent modern kitchen which was put in one year ago and looks out over the pool yard. The house has a lovely master with its own ensuite and two other rooms.
Next door to the main home is a chalet that needs a little work but is GREAT and filled my mind with jamming with my mates on guitars (i am a bit too old for this now but it was a lovely imagining :) late into the night and onto the wee small hours. This smaller building would make a terrific guest house, granny flat or writers get-a-way.
Around the property is a 4 car garage and workshop, a stable that has been converted to a meeting room and a couple of chook pens and gardening sheds.
Also included is a caravan with its own outdoor area which would make the best teenager retreat I could think of.
