93 Tunnels.
12 are 12 m long. 81 are 24m long. Some could be used as 50m tunnels. Half are 6 m wide. Half are 6.5m wide. All have domed roofs and galvanised pipe frames. All have 240 volt power for lights and 24 volt solenoid valves. Watered by pumps from tanks filled with creek water & topped up with rain water.
Irrigation
Each tunnel has both drip and overhead irrigation. Watering times can be programmed & are run automatically by Irritol controllers, 9 in total.
Tanks
1 x 10,000 gallon for house and shed supply. 2 x 3000 gallon concrete tanks, 1 x 5000 g plastic, filled daily by a 7.5 hp electric pump at the creek. Another 1000g plastic tank is used for fertigation.
Tractors Machinery
1 x 20hp compact John Deere, 1 x 20hp International fitted with PTO pump & 400ltr tank for spraying.
2 x 1m Rotary hoes. 1 Celli & 1 Howard. 1 x 4 Howard. 1 x Iseki that pulls the covered trailer used primarily to transport flowers to the packing shed. Tractors are available for purchase only.
Wind breaks

Creek (spring)
7.5 hp Southern Cross pump fills the tank daily. Automatic setting. 20 megs available to irrigate crops. Three tanks catch rainwater off the roofs.
Cold-rooms
2 x 6.5m x 6.5m x 2m Concrete floor. Cold-rooms in the packing shed set at 4 6 deg. 1 x 2m x 3m set at 10 deg.
Flower trolleys
2m x 1m, 2 tier with 4 wheels to easily push in and out of the cold-rooms.

Concrete block & zincalume with benches and bunching tables. 15kw solar power system. Loading dock. Carport.
Access 250m gravel road from the bitumen road. Internal roads all gravel or dirt.
