Downstairs bedroom directly underneath also offers views of the water.
2 Bathrooms, 1 upstairs with bath and shower and separate toilet. While downstairs is a combined bathroom with shower and separate toilet, plus laundry with Large washing machine and clothes dryer
Kitchen is well catered with duel fuel gas stove/electric oven, microwave/convection, large fridge/freezer (also another one downstairs) dishwasher, walk in pantry and this house also includes a bread maker and coffee machine!
An easy to use cordless vacuum cleaner for the quick clean up after a day at the beach!
A large Living area on both floors with reverse cycle air-conditioning and flat screen TVs.
Unlimited use of Telstra TV, Netflix, Foxtel and much more on both upstairs and downstairs TVs as well as a DVD player with recorder & a good range of DVDs provided for that rainy day.

With front & back verandas,an open plan kitchen/dining, you can enjoy views of the ocean and the cool breezes what ever time of year.
The Owners have also provided for your children's safety - gates at the top and bottom of stairs - both internal and external.

Tariff :
Low Season: $1036.00 ( minimum 3 nights pro rata)
Mid Season : $1505.00 ( minimum 3 nights pro rata)
High Season: $2002.00 ( minimum 4 nights pro rata)



A security deposit for will have to be filled out and $35 non refundable booking fee applies to all bookings. Only 2 dogs per property as per council regulations. No smoking inside. Sheets and towels are not supplied . Hire linen is available at extra cost.
