354 Payne Rd, The Gap is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom House with 2 parking spaces and was built in 1980. The property has a land size of 556m2 and floor size of 112m2. While the property is not currently for sale or for rent, it was last sold in July 2022.
After undergoing plenty of changes and upgrades over the years, this wonderful family home is exactly what you will be looking for. The block has recently been enclosed with fencing now around the whole 556m2, so that the home offers plenty of privacy to enjoy the outdoor space. There is room for double gate side access off Glen Road with this property located on a corner block. Perfect if you need to get a boat, caravan, or trailer off the road. The home has gates at the front that provide the home added security and a grander entrance.
The house inside is stylish and been changed to suit modern living whilst still feeling very homely. The bright open plan living spaces give you plenty of room to spread out, without being too far away to socialise. There are floating timber floors, LED downlights and plantation shutters that set the tone throughout the property. The kitchen is large and even provides an area for a small table that is reminiscent of a time when you spend time baking in the kitchen with family.
The front balcony is a great place to escape to with a glass of wine and a book to relax after a long day. To expand the uses in the property, the downstairs utility rooms can be set up to suit your style of living. Maybe as a home office, media room and laundry. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination.
The location is amazing, being a short walk to city-bound public transport, local schools, parks, and The Gap Shopping Village. This property will not last long so call Anthony today if you have any questions.
"What the Owners say"
We moved to this wonderful property a year ago as the location was extremely important to us for work and most importantly schools for the children. Location here really could not be better. However, in the short time we have been at the property, our working structure has changed somewhat so we no longer commute and in turn our child has started a school and become settled.
Therefore, we have decided to change our own requirements to better fit our lifestyle moving forwards. We have added some great additions to the property and hope the next owner gets to really enjoy them.
