If you are looking for a property to escape to when the need arises for peace and privacy, these 203.6 acres (82.4ha) with a 2 brm cottage, camp kitchen and bathroom will be sure to please.
A very versatile property being close to fishing and boating at Baffle Creek, with some fencing to be done, the block would also suit those who are looking for a block to run cattle. Although vegetated, there is heaps of grass and is what I would call fairly open timbered country. The majority of the property is zoned white. White zoning means these areas can be cleared.
Having a verandah across the front, the cottage is lockable and has two bedrooms. Cooking is done in the undercover camp kitchen area where there is a slow combustion oven and bbq. Rain water collection is approx. 3,000 gallons. Water is pumped to a header tank which gravity feeds the shower and toilet and hot water is heated by the good old donkey system. There is a flushing toilet with septic system in place. What more could you ask for!!

There is a nice dam not far from the week-ender and there are tracks throughout. Fenced on three sides, the block is a battle axe shape and ranges between 29m and 76m above sea level. There are a couple of seasonal creeks with rocky creek beds. They would be lovely to see in our wet season.
If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail is delivered 5 days a week. Children can catch the school bus out front and rates are approx. $1,600 per year.
