Your section of the house has the large kitchen with gas cooktop and new electric oven, two spacious living areas, bathroom (with separate shower and bath over shower) and wide verandah.

If you want to grow your own vegetables, there are extensive beds ready to use and the volcanic soils give wonderful produce. There are also numerous fruit trees.

A chook shed and run with adjacent grazing lawns makes for very happy chooks if youd like your own eggs. Speaking of lawns, youll need to keep the garden under control though the owner will look after when hes home.

Unfortunately dogs arent possible. The owners own friendly but adventurous dog has a tendency to incite visitors dogs to run away with her, which proves too much excitement for everyone. Other pets are possible with discussion.
