Recently, Realty 2000 contacted both an Architectural Design Company and a Senior Town Planner at the Logan City Council who informed us of the following based on the zoning of Low Medium Density Residential Precinct: Apartments with a total combined land area of 12,657m2 and subject to council approvals, they advised the following possible option: Code Assessment if the building height does not exceed 18m (6 storeys) the section of the property that is within 15m of the rear of the site will have a maximum building height of 12m (4 storeys) adequate car parking spaces are required on the ground floor in line with council requirements plus visitors parking. Unit sizes would be between 100-150 sqm and up depending on the market requirements of Logan.

The maximum density of the site is 75 Equivalent Dwellings per hectare which is calculated as 1 bed = 0.5 ED, 2 bed = 0.7 ED, 3 bed = 0.1 ED a lift or lifts will be required on this building project as the ground floor will be dedicated to parking.
