Last Listing description (September 2020)

The house is at the end of a long driveway off a cul-de-sac bordered by the National Park. It is quiet, private, designed to capture the breezes. To the west, the house looks out into the park and towards the hinterland and beautiful sunsets, and to the south - the sea. Furnished and equipped, with a good-sized heated pool with an outdoor shower. The house is on a large block of land and with a garage for two cars - and room for lots of surf boards and bikes.

There are two large master bedrooms, a third bedroom with an en-suites and the fourth bedroom would suit a young child or could be an extension of the third bedroom.

The owner will pay the pool and garden maintenance costs, and we are somewhat flexible on the term of the lease - 6 or 9 months preferred.
