Last Listing description (February 2019)

Spring Hill is one of the most unique suburbs in Brisbane.
It's positioned in between the city and Fortitude Valley and kind of personifies what's great about both of them. It has the high class feel and socio-economic demographic of residents, while maintaining it's hip street cred with bars, excellent restaurants, funky shops and the cute little workers cottages.
Raised higher than the CBD it is often cooler than the city and gets some great views. An excellent suburb, in the heart of things, but still with heart.

This ground floor unit is unfurnished with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge area.
Private patio at the front of the complex faces the street.
Unit does not have a private laundry or assigned car parking space, but there is several parking spaces at the complex.
