I don't know exactly how old this cottage is but I think it was built in the 1930s or 40's making it almost 90 years old. They certainly don't make them like this anymore. The casement windows and door frames are all Silky Oak, which has been sanded and varnished to celebrate its beauty. The floors are hardwood and have been polished in the bedrooms. The cottage feel of the garden and the front porch just add to the beautiful homely feel of the place.
