UNDER CONTRACT /UNDER OFFER Owners say bring all written offers now !! Privacy is assured from the moment you walk in the door of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence located in sought-after Edenbrooke Estate, Seventeen Miles Rocks in Brisbane's Western suburbs.

This beautiful home will impress you with its solid timber floors under foot, functional open plan design and aesthetically pleasing living room with an outlook to what is a low maintenance garden.
In the current owners' words the bush setting and open plan have been an integral part of the lifestyle this property has on offer - no neighbours at the back, and a sanctuary-like environment.

There is a formal lounge flowing to the family dining area. The second bathroom is massive which was a god-send when the current family had twins arrive. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and offers a great family interaction space. This all flows beautifully to what is essentially the piece de resistance - the outdoor sala. It can become your sacred space, with lush gardens full of native plants which attract lots of birdlife (tawny frogmouths, kingfishers, feathertail gliders) & colourful butterflies. This will become your escape from the real world and your sanctuary.

One of the other great features about this home is it's only a 50 metre walk to the Edenbrooke Parklands, a short drive to Oxley and Darra train stations.

*Split System air-conditioning
*Crim safe security
*Ceiling fans
*Playground Equipment
*5 x 5 metre sala
*Window locks
*Storage in the garage
*Side access for a boat/trailer or van
