You will be asked to provide a copy of your registration approval letter with you application to us.
Step 2. Complete a Tenancy Application Form
Have you filled out the Tenancy Application Form?
IF YES Please double check you have gathered ALL identification, tenancy and income information, as per application and the Income Evidence checklist in the Tenancy Application form. Ensure you have signed in all required signature locations. Then proceed to Step 3
IF NO Please complete the Tenancy Application Form and gather all the relevant identity and income evidence.
Step 3. Email or deliver your Tenancy Application Form and Supporting Documents to us.

Have you provided ALL required documents to us?
IF YES Thank you we will review your application and you can expect to have an outcome response in 4-6 business days.
IF NO We can not process your application until you provide ALL required information.
REMINDER: property viewing requests will not be considered or arranged until your application is fully processed and confirmed to meet ALL requirements in full.
If you progress to viewing the property and advise us you wish to continue, your application will be presented to the property Owner for their final decision.
