"It's not just a townhouse - it's a beautiful place to call home"
With an outstanding elevated position, 17/45 Prospect Court breaks away from the status quo of traditional home living. This is the "best townhouse in the best street" and you can see why the friendly neighbours love to call this neighbourhood home. This home has the perfect northerly aspect - Warm, sunny and on an elevated lot, offering all living, dining and bedrooms all on the one level. The cleverly configured pool is positioned to capture the sun all day long and the entertainment area features 2 BBQs that are magnificent for entertaining with family and friends. From the secure entrance you will be greeted with wide driveways, ample parking and beautiful shade from the poinciana trees.
Let's ask the owners their thoughts!
"So Cam and Yvonne, what do you love about living here?"
It's such a great neighbourhood - dog friendly complex, everyone walks around the block - people look out for each other and now the majority of owners here are live-in. Our home is open plan so we really love that it's all on one level and we have easy access to the rear garden. We've spent many a night star gazing and sometimes watch the fireworks erupting as they put on a colourful display, they are just amazing. Having time to ourselves on our own private balcony has been so special for us!
"What's your favorite spot?"
That's easy! Sitting by the pool, umbrella up, BBQ on, I feel like I am at my own private resort with a lush garden adjacent to the home. This is such an easy townhouse to live in.
"Why did you move here"
Our home is a dream for entertaining, there's less upkeep than a traditional home, there's loads of space for the grandkids to play, the pool and the table tennis is a real hit and worth the body corporate levies you have to pay,
Getting time back and the location is just ideal, Robina is so central so I love the fact we can be at the beach, shops and cafe all within a 10 to 15min drive. Burleigh Heads beach is regarded as one of Australia's best beaches so we have loved that aspect of the location..
We didn't know that this street existed and we are so grateful for our years here!
Now it's your turn to make memories...
