Last Listing description (February 2017)

Is this the cheapest piece of Real Estate in Queensland?
If you look at the potential, I think it may well be.
The ex-Uniting Church complex in Proston features 2 buildings, (one the ex-Church and the other the hall), set on two separate titles in the middle of town that are just begging to be fitted out as homes that will return a positively geared cash flow! All for under $100,000!

The 'L' shaped 'Church' features a large open room with a small hall to the side. Some stud walls and wet areas would easily turn this into a charming 2 or 3 bedroom home.
The second building features another large open room and a fully fitted out kitchen at the rear. Again, some simple renovations and another 2-3 bedroom home could be created.
Factor in that these potential homes could be rented out for $350-$360 a week for the two, or sold on separately, and you have a very desirable investment opportunity.
Inspection is highly recommended!
