Located 21* kilometres north west of Wowan in the Pheasant Creek district. The City of Rockhampton is 80* kilometres, Biloela is 93* kilometres, the Capricorn Highway is 10* kilometres.

COUNTRY
Large percentage gently rolling mix of scrub country with forest influence, section of timbered forest country in the north western corner. Timbers include brigalow, bottletree, bauhinia, blackbutt, silverleaf ironbark and narrow leaf. Good stands of fencing timber in the timbered country with stands of quality Rosewood.

• Old house dam is equipped with Honda Firefighter, a new poly line is required to deliver water to the yards.
• Excellent site for a large dam in the south western corner.
• Five dams have been desilted and cleaned over the past 2 years

FENCING
Subdivided into 8 main paddocks plus holding paddocks with lane to centrally located yards. Fencing in good conditioned. New Eastern boundary and multiple new internal fences.

CARRYING CAPACITY
70 to 80 breeders with progeny through to feeder weights or 200 weaners.
