COUNTRY
Large percentage gently rolling mix of scrub country with forest influence, section of timbered forest country in the north western corner. Subdivided into 8 main paddocks plus holding paddocks with lane to centrally located yards. Fencing in good conditioned. New Eastern boundary and multiple new internal fences.
CARRYING CAPACITY
70 to 80 breeders with progeny through to feeder weights or 200 weaners.
