MAGNIFICENT + PRIVATE + SECLUDED
Property is a unique 20 acres located 13 km west of Beerwah and close to most amenities suitable for varying lifestyles.
It is situated approximately 300 metres north of Peachester Road and backs on to the Stanley River. In addition, there is a permanent creek that crosses the property and joins the Stanley river at the Eastern Boundary, It is 170 metres above sea level with 360 degree views of surrounding mountains, pastures and beautiful mature native bushland filled with many species of native wildlife.

The property is fully fenced and has a bitumen driveway from the front gates to the home and the covered parking area for visitors.
The house is 5 years old, architecturally designed and engineered containing approx 15 tonnes of major structural steel eliminating the need for load bearing walls throughout. It is a brick veneer construction with large aluminium windows and doors together with a 45 degree colourbond roof. The total under roof area is 800+ square metres which includes verandahs, outside entertainment area and sunroom/conservatory. With exception of the carpeted bedrooms, library, garage and loft area the remainder of the house is tiled throughout, including the verandahs, with imported tiles.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms (air conditioned master bedroom + large modern ensuite and walk in dressing room, 2 guest bed rooms and second bathroom). An office, a combined dining/lounge room, modern kitchen and walk in pantry, laundry, large loft suitable for up to four future bedrooms, store room, large lobby entry and 8 metre wide double garage, including a part mezzanine floor suitable for storage, make up the remainder.
There is also a purpose built library built on the floor above the kitchen and separated from the loft area by a walkway bridge accessed from the loft stairs. The ceiling height in the lounge/dining room is seven metres high and follows the 45 degree roof line. A 'vaccumaid' system services all areas of the house and has an additional pick up point in the kitchen to allow floor sweepings to be swept directly into this point.
The water supply is gathered from the large roof area and collected in tanks, 3 X 3000 galls, and delivered in the house via pressure pump located adjacent to the tanks. Hot water is from a large capacity solar hot heater complete with an electric booster.
The Electrical system is a 240volt underground system with a special feature of a selected single phase that can be serviced by a stand- by generator. This feature allows the house to retain power to the kitchen lights, power points and refrigeration.
The lounge features an open fire place for those Cooler winter nights.
On the property there are 2 sheds. One is currently used as a workshop and includes a service pit for vehicles. It also has a reinforced concrete block strong room suitable for security purposes.
The property has rain forest areas, tall eucalypt treed areas, and revegitated native forest areas. There are approx 650 coffee trees under licenced irrigation on the eastern side of the house. An igloo shed is located between the two sheds and is used as a drying shed for the processed coffee at harvest time.
