The Property

Each of the rooms have their own unique views, one with a view to the Rainforest at the rear of the property, the other to the MacAlister Ranges and the Ocean.

The 4th bedroom is fitted with 2 x Single beds, bedside table with QI charging lamp, stainless steel ceiling fan, A/C and mirrored sliding door wardrobe.

Upstairs Common Spaces

The upstairs common area is comprised of a Study Nook/Office and an air-conditioned lounge room with modern corner lounge with recliners, height adjustable coffee table, a book shelf unit, a 40 Inch Smart UHD TV complete with Netflix, Prime & Kayo Sport and can of course be used for casting your own other streaming services.

There is also a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet room, so no waiting ;o).

Downstairs Common Spaces

The oversized air-conditioned downstairs living area has direct garage access, a separate toilet, huge corner lounge with recliners and drink holders, coffee table, large 8 seat dining table and plenty of windows to take advantages of the mountain and ocean breezes and is completed with a large sliding glass door to a tiled rear alfresco and stoned entertaining area with outdoor setting.
