There are 3 bedrooms a bathroom and lounge room with TV on each level . All bedrooms and lounges have fans and some security screens.

There is plenty of room for cars and boats as the property is spread over 2.5 acres and 6 under cover carports for your use.



If you need supplies the small town of Howard is only 10 min drive away with supermarket, butcher, baker, newsagent,doctors surgery and pub.

Tariffs:
Low Season: $1600.00 per week ( minimum 3 night stay @ $320 per night)
Mid Season: $1900.00 per week( minimum 7 nights)
High Season:$2500.00 per week ( minimum 7 nights)
High Season Christmas and New Year week : $2900.00 per week ( minimum 7 nights)

A non refundable $35.00 booking fee applies to every booking.
A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $1000.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
